Items purchased on Garminconnect.net can be returned for a refund within 30 days if they are in their original condition. Opened software, downloadable items, and custom products are not refundable.
Retail store purchases
- Items purchased at a Garmin connect retail store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Return conditions
- Products must be in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, spare parts, and documentation. Products that are damaged, scratched, or missing parts or packaging may not be accepted for return.
Return processing
